• Ex or current real estate agent who is looking to get out of the selling part of realty and focus on the admin side of managing a commercial and residential property portfolio.

• Registered with the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs board) has a fidelity fund certificate to operate as an estate agent. (in case a sale is necessary)

• Excellent admin skills and must be presentable

• Find tenants for rental properties (commercial, residential and holiday accommodation)

• Manage contractors for maintenance of properties.

• Acquire the best quotes.

• Emailing invoices of rental properties, collection of proof of payments of rental properties.

• Advertising rental of properties on various property websites.

• Making sure properties are well managed, looked after and are fully utilized for financial returns.
